📋 Description

• As a Data Import Specialist at EverWell (an EverCommerce vertical), you will help activated beauty industry customers migrate their data into the Timely & SalonBiz platform, ensuring a smooth transition that empowers their business success.
• Day to day, you will extract data from customer systems via reports and SQL scripts, use TeamViewer to retrieve files from local machines, transform data using spreadsheets and in-house tools (SQL, Python, Docker), and load cleansed data into the platform.
• You’ll join a mission-driven team within EverWell, part of EverCommerce’s service commerce platform serving over 30,000 beauty professionals across 100 countries, focused on simplifying and empowering business owners through SaaS solutions.
• In this role, you’ll develop strong technical and customer-facing skills in data migration, problem-solving, and platform expertise, gaining experience with SQL, Python, Docker, and customer enablement in a growing SaaS environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with SQL Server and Oracle
• Experience with SQL, including both T-SQL and PL-SQL
• Understanding of Docker and GitHub
• Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or SharePoint (a plus)
• Experience with TeamViewer (a plus)
• Understanding of Python or PowerShell (a plus)
