📋 Description

• • Lead large-scale analytics initiatives across Finance Operations (order-to-cash) to enable automated insights, improved decision-making, and measurable business outcomes.
• • Partner with Finance Operations, Data, and cross-functional teams to design, scale, and automate financial data products, datasets, and dashboards.
• • Design robust datasets and perform complex SQL queries across multiple systems to ensure data accuracy, usability, and scalability for financial reporting and analysis.
• • Identify high-impact use cases in Finance Operations and translate them into scalable analytical and decision-support solutions.
• • Conduct complex analyses on revenue, cash flow, bad debt, and other financial performance drivers to uncover key trends and drivers of business performance.
• • Present data-driven insights to senior leadership through executive-level narratives, visualizations, and clear, actionable recommendations.
• • Build intelligent insights and automated analysis workflows that reduce manual effort and enhance operational efficiency in finance functions.
• • Influence cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, and Data Engineering by bringing structure to ambiguity and driving alignment around data-backed decisions.
• • Apply advanced analytics techniques including forecasting, segmentation, and regression analysis to model financial outcomes and mitigate risks.
• • Utilize data visualization tools such as Power BI or Sigma and advanced Excel to create intuitive dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• • Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments to deliver measurable business outcomes with urgency and accountability.
• • Translate complex financial performance metrics into clear, executive-ready narratives that inform strategic planning and operational improvements.
• • Ensure data integrity and scalability of financial analytics solutions across global systems and teams supporting over 15 million endpoints.
• • Collaborate with Data Engineering to align analytical models with enterprise data architecture and governance standards.
• • Maintain a focus on continuous improvement of financial analytics capabilities to support Kaseya’s sustained double-digit growth and global expansion.
