📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end success of Laminar’s AI-driven sensor deployments inside the world’s largest Food & Beverage plants. You will be the single-threaded owner who turns cutting-edge cleantech pilots into production-ready, revenue-generating systems for household-name customers such as Unilever, Coca-Cola, and AB InBev.
• • Spend up to 50 % of your time on the factory floor—climbing tanks, tracing pipes, and sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with process engineers—translating real-time sensor streams into actionable insights that cut water, energy, and chemical usage by double-digit percentages.
• • Lead crisp, customer-centric technical workshops that demystify Laminar’s AI Co-pilot for plant operators, quality managers, and C-suite sponsors. You will deliver live demos, craft data-driven narratives, and secure enthusiastic sign-off on Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) that unlock expansion POs.
• • Architect seamless IT/OT integrations in complex brownfield environments: configure IP schemas, segment DMZs, map PLC tags, and validate cloud uplinks so that every data packet is trustworthy and secure.
• • Translate process-engineering fundamentals into hardware placement strategies—deciding exactly where ultrasonic, optical, and flow sensors deliver maximum signal fidelity while surviving caustic CIP cycles, 120 °C sterilization, and 24/7 vibration.
• • Design statistically rigorous validation protocols with quality teams—determining sample sizes, confidence intervals, and measurement-system repeatability so that plants can release product faster while exceeding FDA, SQF, and HACCP standards.
• • Build repeatable deployment playbooks that compress pilot timelines from months to weeks. You will document every lesson learned, automate configuration scripts, and feed product gaps back to engineering to accelerate roadmap velocity.
• • Partner with Sales to identify whitespace opportunities across additional lines, plants, and geographies. You will quantify ROI, draft scope-of-work proposals, and quarterback proof-of-concept trials that convert into multi-year enterprise agreements.
• • Provide hyper-responsive post-go-live support—triaging alerts, tuning ML models, and coaching operators—until every KPI outperforms the baseline and customers become vocal advocates.
• • When off-site, immerse yourself in Greentown Labs’ vibrant cleantech ecosystem: prototype new mounting brackets on 3-D printers, run ad-hoc sensor experiments in the wet lab, and mentor interns who will become the next generation of climate-tech leaders.
• • Champion a culture of safety and sustainability; wear PPE proudly, file near-miss reports, and celebrate every gallon of water or kWh saved as a win for both the customer and the planet.
