- • Embed within client teams to understand workflows, business challenges, and operational bottlenecks in U.S.-based organizations.
- • Partner with executives, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
- • Frame AI use cases around measurable business outcomes including efficiency gains, cost reduction, throughput improvement, and process optimization.
- • Design and prototype AI-powered solutions using large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, agent frameworks, APIs, and orchestration tools.
- • Build and validate proof-of-concept solutions while defining clear pathways to production implementation.
- • Design scalable AI systems with governance, observability, evaluation metrics, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- • Translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions and actionable implementation roadmaps.
- • Drive end-to-end project delivery from discovery and solution design through adoption and operationalization.
- • Support change management efforts to ensure successful team adoption of new AI-powered workflows and operating models.
- • Contribute to internal best practices, methodologies, and frameworks for AI transformation initiatives across client engagements.
- • Work remotely with full autonomy, focusing on results rather than hours, while collaborating with top American companies on high-impact projects.
- • Operate in highly ambiguous, fast-paced environments requiring strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.

- • Senior client-facing experience working with executives, business leaders, and cross-functional teams
- • Strong expertise in at least one industry or business function
- • Strong knowledge of AI technologies including LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools
- • Hands-on experience building prototypes using prompts, APIs, agents, and evaluation frameworks
