• • As a Founding iOS Engineer, you will have unparalleled ownership and impact. You won't just be a component of the team; you'll be instrumental in defining the very essence of Quest's user experience. Your responsibilities will span the full spectrum of iOS development:
• • **Platform Ownership:** You will architect, build, and refine the complete iOS application using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit. This includes every screen, interaction, gesture, and transition, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey.
• • **Morphing UI System:** You will be at the forefront of designing and implementing an innovative interface architecture capable of dynamically reshaping itself based on user psychology, creating a truly personalized and adaptive experience.
• • **Frictionless Onboarding:** Develop and optimize App Clips to deliver a magical first-time user experience, transforming a simple tap into a deeply profiled user within 90 seconds.
• • **Ambient Coaching Integration:** Leverage Shortcuts and WidgetKit to embed Quest's guidance into users' daily lives, making coaching accessible and integrated without requiring users to actively open the app.
• • **Platform Craftsmanship:** Focus on the critical details that define a premium iOS experience, including sophisticated animations, responsive haptics, and ensuring the app feels intrinsically native to the platform.
• • **Full-Stack Versatility:** Embrace a role without silos. You will contribute to backend development, including LLM API integration, prompt engineering, and context management, whenever necessary. We are a small, agile team where everyone contributes across the stack.

• • Ship an App Clip onboarding flow that is both magical and effective.
