Founding Product Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a founding product design role at a seed-stage B2B SaaS company building an AI-native operating system for field service businesses. You will shape the product experience from the ground up, working directly with the founding team to turn complex workflows into interfaces that feel effortless. The work you do here will directly drive how thousands of operators run their day-to-day businesses. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own end-to-end product design across a feature-rich platform, from early concepts to shipped interfaces. - Prototype rapidly using Figma, AI-assisted tools such as Lovable and Cursor, and code when the situation calls for it. - Conduct customer interviews and translate real user needs into design decisions. - Simplify complex, multi-feature B2B interfaces into experiences that are intuitive and beautiful. - Collaborate closely with engineers on a React and TypeScript frontend, jumping into code as needed. - Pitch in across all design needs as the business grows, including marketing and brand touch-points. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 3 or more years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating shipped work. - Proven experience designing complex, feature-rich B2B products at an early-stage startup. - Hands-on experience with 0-to-1 product development, ideally at a well-regarded early-stage company. - Experience running customer interviews and feeding insights directly into design. - Proficiency with Figma, and familiarity with prototyping via AI tools such as Lovable or Cursor. - Comfort with React and TypeScript, or strong willingness to prototype in code. - High ownership, low ego, and the ability to operate without product managers or detailed specs. - Longer tenures at previous roles (around 18 months or more), with a credible explanation for any short stints. - Exceptional recent graduates with a strong track record of building and shipping projects are welcome to apply. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: $100,000 to $180,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION Fully remote. The team prefers candidates based in a European time zone, though US East Coast is also welcome. Primary location is Denmark, and candidates across Europe (including France, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, and Switzerland) are encouraged to apply.
