- • The Sales Development Representative is responsible for qualifying and routing inbound leads across three channels: self-service and inside sales.
- • This role involves frequent engagement with prospects through phone calls, emails, live chat, and internal tools such as Slack and Salesforce.
- • As the Founding Sales Development Representative in Austin, you'll work directly alongside our CRO to help build and scale our North American sales function.
- • Success in the role is measured by the number of product demonstrations booked and completed, with a strong track record of team performance consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- • You will be qualifying and routing inbound leads through two channels; self service & inside sales.
- • You’ll be spending most of your time with prospects across phone calls, emails and live chat on our website, as well as internal tools like slack and salesforce.
- • Your quota is measured by the number of demonstrations booked and completed at the subsequent stage of the process.
- • Our current team in this role have achieved >=95% of their targets each month since starting.
- • You will be learning about the built world if you haven’t had any exposure to it - there are a lot of different types of companies and plenty of new terminologies to learn.
- • You will be up-skilling your call/phone and email skills - although we have plenty of examples for you to learn from during your onboarding.
- • You will be understanding SaaS financial acronyms and common terminology - if you have not worked in a SaaS company before, there is going to be a lot of metrics to learn.
- • You will be working in a structured, high-agency, KPI-driven environment.
- • You will be building relationships and enjoying building relationships.
- • You will be persevering and performing with high-volume tasks.

- • Confident and clear communication skills, with excellent writing and presentation skills over email, phone, video conferencing and in-person.
- • Excellent task organization and prioritization skills, you’re able to multi-task efficiently.
