The company is built on the premise that the current electricity system, designed for legacy operations, is ill-equipped for rapid decarbonization, AI-driven efficiencies, and fair access for businesses and generators. To tackle this, tem has developed the first AI-native transaction infrastructure, engineered to eliminate inefficient fees, automate complex market flows, and instill transparency and fairness in energy transactions at a global scale.
  • • Following significant growth, tem secured $75 million in Series B funding in late 2025, led by Lightspeed Venture Partners with substantial contributions from Albion, Atomico, Allianz, Hitachi Ventures, and Schroders Capital. This funding fuels international expansion, deepens product innovation, and solidifies tem's position as a category leader. The company is actively building towards a future where AI-driven infrastructure becomes the bedrock of electricity markets worldwide.
  • • Since its inception, tem's modern utility product, RED, has successfully onboarded thousands of business customers and facilitated billions in energy transaction value, demonstrating the transformative power of modern software and AI in an industry traditionally reliant on legacy systems. tem is not merely another energy company; it is fundamentally rearchitecting market infrastructure to make transparency, efficiency, and sustainability the industry standard.
  • • This role is for a Product Marketing Manager on a fixed-term contract, expected to last up to two months. The primary objective is to support the creation of high-quality product marketing collateral and essential enablement materials for tem. This is a critical role in ensuring that tem's innovative products are effectively communicated to its target audiences, particularly commercial teams, brokers, and buyers.
  • • Key responsibilities include producing a range of product marketing collateral such as one-pagers, battle cards, product decks, email copy, and feature explainers. These materials must meet a high standard of quality and accuracy. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the version control and ongoing maintenance of these assets, ensuring they remain current and reflect product evolution. Furthermore, the role involves supporting the creation of sales enablement assets designed to equip commercial teams with the tools and information needed for more impactful conversations with brokers and buyers.
  • • An integral part of the role is organizing and maintaining the product marketing asset hub, making it a centralized, easily accessible, and user-friendly repository for all materials. This ensures that sales and marketing teams can quickly find and utilize the resources they need.
  • • In terms of messaging and positioning, the Product Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Lead to translate established positioning and messaging frameworks into tangible, finished collateral. A key requirement is the consistent application of tem's brand voice and communication principles across all produced materials. The role also involves proactively identifying and flagging any inconsistencies or gaps in messaging.
  • • To effectively inform content creation, the Product Marketing Manager will develop a deep understanding of tem's customers, their specific needs and pain points, the competitive landscape, and tem's unique value proposition. This understanding will directly influence the writing and positioning of products. The role encourages testing and iterating on messaging based on customer feedback, input from the commercial teams, and prevailing market signals, with learnings being fed back into future collateral development.
  • • Cross-functional collaboration is paramount. The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with the Product team to grasp new features and translate complex technical details into clear, customer-centric language. Alignment with the Content team is crucial to ensure consistency between product messaging and published content. The role will also support product launches by producing the necessary assets and copy within agreed-upon timelines.
  • • Success in this role will be measured by the timely delivery of collateral that meets brief requirements and maintains a high standard of quality. Active utilization of produced materials by commercial teams, and the maintenance of an up-to-date, easily navigable asset library are key indicators. Consistently positive feedback from the Product Marketing Lead and commercial stakeholders, along with a demonstrable growth in understanding of tem's product, market, and customers, will signify success. Ultimately, the quality of the collateral produced should directly correlate with its impact on the sales pipeline.
