📋 Description

• Full-Stack Developer - AI Trainer role at Anyone AI Inc. involves designing and evaluating realistic software engineering tasks for a leading AI Lab, contributing to the development of high-quality coding assessments.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing multi-file coding tasks across bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and testing; writing clear natural-language specifications and reference implementations; developing and extending unit and integration test suites; reviewing peer-generated tasks for correctness, clarity, and realism; identifying edge cases and ambiguities; and ensuring alignment between specifications, code, and expected outputs.
• Anyone AI is a company collaborating with a leading AI Lab to advance AI training through expert human input, leveraging skilled developers to create realistic software engineering scenarios that improve AI model capabilities in code understanding and generation.
• In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in full-stack development practices, gain experience in AI training data creation, refine skills in code review and test design, and contribute to cutting-edge AI research through practical software engineering contributions.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced professional written proficiency in English
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
• Backend or full‑stack development experience in production systems
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)
• Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi‑file codebases
