- • Full-Stack Developer - AI Trainer role focused on designing and evaluating realistic software engineering tasks for a leading AI lab project
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating multi-file coding tasks for bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and testing; writing natural-language specifications and reference implementations; developing unit and integration test suites; reviewing peer submissions for correctness and clarity; identifying edge cases and failure modes; and ensuring alignment between specifications, code, and expected outputs
- • Anyone AI Inc. is recruiting skilled developers to contribute to AI training data creation through expert evaluation work, operating as a remote, part-time, project-based consultant role with flexible scheduling
- • Consultants will produce high-quality, production-realistic coding tasks with complete reference implementations, robust test coverage, and structured peer feedback while gaining experience in AI-driven software evaluation and task design
🎯 Requirements
- • Advanced professional written proficiency in English
- • 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
- • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript with working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
- • Backend or full-stack development experience in production systems
- • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)
- • Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi-file codebases
- • Experience with code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations
