📋 Description

• Design and implement multi-file coding tasks across bug resolution, feature development, refactoring, and migration in production-like environments
• Write clear, precise natural-language specifications and reference implementations for software engineering tasks
• Develop and extend comprehensive unit and integration test suites using frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing
• Review peer-generated coding tasks for correctness, clarity, realism, and adherence to industry standards
• Identify edge cases, ambiguities in requirements, and potential failure modes in code submissions
• Ensure strict alignment between task specifications, reference code, and expected system outputs
• Evaluate the quality and accuracy of peer submissions with structured, actionable feedback
• Contribute to the creation of realistic, production-grade software engineering scenarios for AI training and evaluation
• Navigate and analyze large, complex multi-file codebases to assess code quality and architectural soundness
• Perform code reviews and suggest refactoring improvements to enhance maintainability and performance
• Execute production migrations and system upgrades as part of assigned engineering tasks
• Maintain consistent coding standards and documentation practices throughout all deliverables
• Work independently on project-based assignments with full autonomy over scheduling and workflow
• Deliver high-quality artifacts including functional code, test suites, specifications, and review reports within project deadlines
• Operate remotely with no requirement for in-office attendance or fixed working hours
• Collaborate asynchronously with a global team of software engineers and AI researchers to refine evaluation methodologies
• Maintain professional written proficiency in English to document tasks and provide feedback
• Apply expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript to build and evaluate code solutions
• Utilize working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go to assess code across multiple language ecosystems
• Ensure all deliverables meet the standards of real-world software development environments
• Participate in peer review cycles to validate the quality and realism of other contributors' work
• Manage own tools, environment, and development setup without company-provided infrastructure
• Retain the ability to engage with other vendors or employers, subject to their policies

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced professional written proficiency in English
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
• Backend or full-stack development experience in production systems
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)
• Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi-file codebases
