📋 Description

• • As a Full Stack Engineer (Back End Heavy) at Deel, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining the core infrastructure of a global HR and payroll platform that supports workers in over 150 countries, directly impacting how businesses hire, pay, and manage talent worldwide.
• • Day to day, you will develop high-quality web applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Express; design and implement server-side APIs and data models; create and optimize database schemas with PostgreSQL; build reusable frontend and backend components; conduct thorough testing and debugging; participate in code reviews; collaborate across product, design, and QA teams; and contribute to improving development processes and tools.
