📋 Description

• • As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Rho, you will play a critical role in building and scaling the company’s all-in-one commercial banking platform, focusing on core product areas like Accounts Payable automation and money transfer details.
• • Day to day, you will design and implement features across the full stack — from database architecture and backend APIs to responsive user interfaces using TypeScript and React — collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
• • You will join a remote-first engineering team in Poland that owns mission-critical financial workflows, working in a fast-paced, innovative environment where technical excellence and product impact are highly valued.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in distributed systems, backend services (Python/Go), and modern frontend development, while gaining hands-on experience in financial technology and contributing to a platform used by startups to manage their entire banking lifecycle.
