• • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the strategy for Ansible Health's general operations, clinical operations, and technology initiatives. You will collaborate closely with diverse, cross-functional teams, bringing a strong organizational mindset to navigate and drive complex projects from inception to successful completion. This position demands a self-starter who can operate with a high degree of autonomy and adapt swiftly to the ever-evolving landscape of a rapidly growing healthcare technology startup.
• • Your core responsibilities will encompass the full project lifecycle, overseeing critical clinical, operational, and technology aspects. This includes the meticulous development and management of comprehensive program plans, detailed schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to guarantee successful project delivery. You will be tasked with clearly defining program scope, objectives, and quantifiable success criteria, working in close partnership with all relevant stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• • Establishing robust program governance structures and processes will be a key part of your role. This involves implementing effective risk management, issue resolution, and change management frameworks to ensure smooth program execution. You will be responsible for diligently monitoring and reporting on program progress, overall status, and performance metrics to both stakeholders and executive leadership, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
