📋 Description
- • A senior backend engineering role focused on building a decentralized, energy-efficient cloud platform using Go and peer-to-peer systems, critical to redefining sovereign cloud infrastructure for modern workloads.
- • Design and develop scalable distributed systems in Go, optimize performance-critical backend services, implement robust P2P communication using libp2p or similar frameworks, and ensure cross-platform reliability across multi-cloud environments.
- • Join a European deep-tech SaaS company backed by Pragmatike, operating at the forefront of decentralized cloud innovation with a strong emphasis on technical excellence, system-level programming, and infrastructure automation.
- • Drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, champion engineering best practices, and directly influence the evolution of a high-availability, secure, and observable platform shaping the future of cloud infrastructure.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–6+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead Backend Engineer
- • MS degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field
- • Strong hands-on expertise in Go (Java acceptable but Go strongly preferred)
- • Proven production experience with P2P architectures (mandatory)
- • Solid understanding of concurrency, multi-threaded programming, and software design patterns
- • Experience with service-oriented architectures (REST, JSON, API design) and internet protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP)
