• • As a Graphic Designer at BJAK, you will shape the visual identity of a bold brand that communicates, converts, and stands out across Southeast Asia, where design quality directly impacts user engagement and brand perception.
• • You will design creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, web, and paid ads (both static and motion), translate briefs into conversion-focused visuals, use AI tools like Midjourney and DALL·E for ideation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize visuals based on performance data, and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• • You will join a fast-moving, impact-driven team at BJAK, Southeast Asia’s largest digital insurance platform, where designers are expected to create work that is both visually strong and strategically sound, contributing to product and growth initiatives.
• • In this role, you will gain ownership of high-impact visuals seen by millions, develop expertise in AI-assisted design, refine your motion and storytelling skills, and grow into a senior or lead creative role through hands-on experience with performance-driven campaigns.
