📋 Description
- • Execute end-to-end design and delivery of B2B, ICP-driven lead generation programs aligned with sales priorities and business objectives.
- • Build and operate a multi-channel go-to-market engine across digital campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), LinkedIn, email automation, and events to support product launches and strategic partnerships.
- • Drive full-funnel performance by optimizing pipeline contribution, conversion rates, customer acquisition efficiency, and return on investment through hands-on campaign execution.
- • Co-create and deploy sales enablement assets, campaign narratives, and competitive positioning materials to improve win rates and accelerate deal velocity.
- • Support priority deals and key accounts through targeted campaigns, tailored messaging, competitive differentiation, and partner-led initiatives.
- • Design and deliver comprehensive event programs including in-person conferences, roundtables, workshops, webinars, and virtual events aligned with strategic growth goals.
- • Own all aspects of event execution: speaker coordination, agenda development, attendee registration, promotional campaigns, and virtual delivery, with support from an executive assistant.
- • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Strategy teams to ensure event messaging, targeting, and content resonate with Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) audiences.
- • Manage post-event follow-up and nurture activities to maximize lead conversion and pipeline impact.
- • Track and analyze event ROI, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and engagement metrics to iterate and optimize future events.
- • Execute multi-channel digital campaigns across LinkedIn, email automation, paid media, ABM, and content syndication to generate high-quality leads.
- • Build, test, and optimize email nurture flows, landing pages, forms, and conversion funnels to improve lead quality, progression, and conversion rates.
- • Manage day-to-day CRM operations in Salesforce, including lead routing, data hygiene, segmentation, and campaign tracking to ensure accurate reporting and effective execution.
- • Apply hands-on working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) or HubSpot and marketing automation platforms to execute CRM-driven campaigns.
- • Monitor funnel performance, attribution, and campaign results using analytical skills to translate data into actionable improvements.
- • Leverage AI tools and marketing automation to enhance efficiency, personalization, and campaign performance.
- • Communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- • Maintain a flexible, curious mindset open to new tools, ways of working, and continuous learning.
- • Prioritize and manage multiple campaigns and tasks with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support their implementation under guidance.
- • Proactively participate in skills development and training, applying learnings to daily execution.
- • Work effectively across global, cross-functional teams, building trust and collaborating without formal authority.
- • Implement a new lead generation ecosystem leveraging technology to significantly increase high-quality leads and revenue growth.
- • Operate within fast-paced, ambitious environments in Growth, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, or Revenue Operations roles.
- • Understand complex B2B technology or SaaS buying journeys, multi-stakeholder decision-making, and enterprise sales cycles.
- • Apply experience in life sciences, healthcare, clinical trials, or regulated industries where applicable.
- • Work in private equity-backed or high-growth environments where preferred.
- • Hold a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- • Maintain fluent English communication skills.
