• • As an Engineering Manager at Grupo QuintoAndar, you will serve as a technical pillar and strategic business partner, bridging engineering excellence with business objectives to drive scalable solutions during a phase of hyper-growth in Latin America’s largest real estate ecosystem.
• • Day to day, you will mentor and grow a top-tier engineering team, drive technical excellence through system design and architecture, act as a strategic partner with Product, Design, and Data teams, champion scalable delivery initiatives, and foster a 'You Build It, You Run It' culture of ownership and accountability.
• • You will join a world-class engineering team at QuintoAndar, backed by investors like Kaszek, Qualcomm, General Atlantic, and SoftBank, operating in a remote-first model across Brazil with optional office access in São Paulo or partner coworking spaces up to twice a week.
