• • As the GTM Analytics Lead at Spellbook Legal Inc., you will act as a strategic lever across the go-to-market engine, turning real-time data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. This hands-on individual contributor role focuses on influencing decisions—not just reporting—by refining performance measurement, uncovering true revenue drivers, and optimizing channel strategy across marketing, sales, and finance.
• • Day to day, you will own and refine how performance is measured across marketing, pipeline, and revenue; analyze acquisition channels (paid, outbound, partnerships, organic) to improve efficiency and ROI; connect marketing activity to sales outcomes like conversion, velocity, ACV, and win rates; build real-time reporting that enables faster decision-making; ensure data usability across the GTM stack (HubSpot/Salesforce, Nooks, Unify, Gong, Snowflake, dbt, BI tools); partner with Growth and Marketing to analyze experiments; and surface early signals on pipeline quality and revenue durability.
• • You will sit at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Finance within a fast-growing, AI-powered legal tech company backed by Khosla Ventures, Thomson Reuters Ventures, and others, having recently raised $50M in Series B funding. Spellbook serves over 4,000 law firms and in-house teams with its AI copilot for Microsoft Word, helping legal teams draft, review, and negotiate contracts up to 10x faster.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS GTM analytics, strengthen your ability to tie data directly to revenue quality and sustainable growth, influence executive-level strategy, and build scalable data frameworks that power long-term go-to-market effectiveness—moving the organization from lagging to leading indicators while ensuring growth is efficient, not just fast.
