- • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers, acting as the primary engine for generating qualified sales opportunities for Wing AI Technologies.
- • Identify and research companies that are actively hiring for roles that Wing Assistant can support, using targeted outreach strategies to engage decision-makers.
- • Craft and deliver personalized outreach messages that position Wing’s AI-enabled workforce solutions as a compelling alternative to traditional hiring methods.
- • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives by qualifying prospects based on hiring needs, budget, and timeline.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities, prospect interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
- • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to understand ideal customer profiles and refine targeting strategies based on feedback and conversion data.
- • Meet and exceed daily and weekly metrics for outreach volume, connection rates, and meetings booked.
- • Stay current on trends in AI, remote talent acquisition, and global workforce solutions to effectively communicate value to prospects.
- • Demonstrate high energy, ownership, and resilience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where performance is directly tied to pipeline growth.
- • Learn and internalize the full sales cycle to prepare for future growth into larger roles within the sales organization.
- • Actively participate in team training, role-playing sessions, and feedback loops to rapidly improve outreach effectiveness and communication skills.
- • Use data-driven insights to prioritize high-potential accounts and optimize outreach timing and messaging for maximum impact.
- • Represent Wing AI Technologies with professionalism, curiosity, and a solutions-oriented mindset in every customer interaction.
