  • • We are actively seeking a highly motivated and creative GTM Engineer to join our ambitious team. This role is pivotal in accelerating the market introduction of our new AI-powered contracting tools. It is an exceptional opportunity for a hands-on builder who thrives in a zero-to-one environment, adept at rapidly establishing programmatic marketing systems, executing innovative experiments, and launching campaigns that yield measurable pipeline impact. You will work in close collaboration with the founding team, engaging directly with product, sales, and client success departments. Your responsibilities will span crafting compelling messaging, designing effective Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, and building the essential operational infrastructure required to scale GovSignals' reach and influence.
  • • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Build and Architect the Core GTM Marketing System: You will be instrumental in establishing the foundational GTM technology stack. This includes setting up marketing automation platforms, implementing robust attribution models, and ensuring seamless integration with our CRM systems. The goal is to create scalable processes from the ground up that can support our aggressive growth objectives.
  • • Drive Growth Experiments and Iteration: Engage in the design and execution of high-velocity, scrappy growth experiments. This involves conducting A/B tests, running messaging pilots, and exploring various channel experiments to rigorously validate our market positioning and accelerate customer adoption. Your insights will directly inform our GTM strategy.
  • • Develop Compelling Messaging and Content: Translate complex technical AI features into clear, concise, and persuasive narratives. You will be responsible for creating essential marketing collateral, including presentations, product demonstrations, one-pagers, and impactful case studies that resonate with our target audience.
  • • Design and Execute End-to-End GTM Campaigns: Take ownership of launching comprehensive GTM campaigns. This includes developing and managing email sequences, executing paid social media strategies, organizing and promoting webinars, and creating high-converting landing pages to generate both awareness and qualified pipeline.
  • • Establish Analytics and Insights Framework: Define critical success metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and various funnel conversion rates. You will build insightful dashboards to track performance and continuously refine our strategies based on data-driven analysis.
  • • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales teams, and operations to ensure that all GTM programs are strategically aligned with our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), sales workflows, and customer adoption strategies. Your role will be a key bridge between these critical functions.
  • • Contribute to Product Strategy: Provide valuable market feedback and insights to the product team, helping to shape the future roadmap of our AI-powered solutions based on market reception and customer needs.
  • • Optimize User Onboarding and Adoption: Collaborate with client success to understand user journeys and identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process and drive deeper product adoption, ensuring customers realize maximum value from our platform.
  • • Develop and Refine ICPs: Continuously analyze market data and customer interactions to refine our understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles, ensuring our GTM efforts are precisely targeted and highly effective.
  • • Scale Operations: As GovSignals grows, you will play a crucial role in scaling our GTM operations, ensuring our processes remain efficient and effective even as we expand our market presence and customer base.
  • • Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI, government contracting, and GTM strategies to ensure GovSignals remains at the cutting edge of innovation and market penetration.
