- • Own the internal platform powering GTM operations, serving as a second technical owner to review code, maintain quality, and sustain velocity as cross-functional contributors scale.
- • Review PRs from non-engineers and engineers alike, validating logic, security, and production-readiness across the full stack while enabling safe, independent shipping without gatekeeping.
- • Maintain and evolve the GTM platform codebase to accommodate growing contributor volume, ensuring consistent standards, documentation, and contributor patterns.
- • Identify business problems across marketing, sales, and operations teams, then build end-to-end features from scoping and development to deployment and adoption without predefined specs.
- • Integrate external APIs and third-party enrichment providers directly into the GTM platform to enhance audience segmentation, campaign targeting, and incrementality measurement capabilities.
- • Own tooling enablement — design, build, test, and document tools that empower non-technical stakeholders to use the platform effectively and autonomously.
- • Manage deployments, servers, and infrastructure for the GTM platform, including monitoring, scaling, and resolving operational issues without hand-offs to dedicated DevOps teams.
- • Maintain code quality through automated testing, linting, and CI/CD practices while advocating for clean, maintainable architecture across the stack.
- • Partner with growth, sales, and marketing teams to understand their operational pain points and translate them into technical solutions that drive efficiency and revenue.
- • Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) daily as a core part of your development workflow to accelerate delivery and improve code quality, not as a shortcut.
- • Contribute to a high-velocity environment where ownership, speed, and measurable business impact are prioritized over perfection or process overhead.
- • Operate with autonomy: you will drive feature ideation, prioritize tasks, and ship solutions with minimal direction, aligned to Vibe’s values of Impact, Ambition, and Urgency.
- • Ensure all contributions to the platform adhere to security best practices, data privacy standards, and production reliability requirements.
- • Collaborate with the Director of GTM Systems to align technical roadmap with business objectives and support the team’s rapid scaling from 10K to 100K+ brands.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end
- • Fluency across a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, Prisma, and API integrations
- • Experience contributing to and reviewing code in a multi-person codebase — you understand PR reviews, merge conflicts, and sequencing changes across contributors
- • A track record of owning features end-to-end: picking the problem, building the solution, and driving adoption without a spec handed to you
- • DevOps comfort — servers, deploys, and infra are part of your day, not a hand-off
- • Daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as a genuine force multiplier — not a shortcut, a craft
