- • Lead the GTM Systems & Tools team within Revenue Operations to build and scale Ashby’s revenue tech stack and AI intelligence layer, ensuring Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success have the data, automation, and tooling to operate effectively.
- • Own the full GTM hierarchy of needs: data foundation, modeling, activation, and agent development, including designing and deploying AI agents that automate decision-making across the customer lifecycle.
- • Build and lead a high-impact team by defining roles, hiring talent, and organizing the function to deliver on responsibilities while partnering with Engineering and Data teams to productionize winning experiments.
- • Operate as an internal product team for the GTM org by defining roadmaps, writing specs, shipping prototypes, and scaling winning tactics to shrink iteration cycles from months to hours.
- • Ashby is scaling beyond $100M ARR and seeks to make its internal infrastructure as elegant and high-performing as its product, offering a unique opportunity to shape the AI-driven future of revenue operations at a fast-growing SaaS company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Hands-on experience with Clay or similar GTM workflow platforms.
- • Comfortable writing Python and SQL, designing system integrations, and configuring LLM-powered workflows.
- • Proven experience building GTM infrastructure at a fast-growing SaaS company (ideally $100M–$300M ARR).
- • Experience designing and deploying AI agents that moved revenue metrics, not just experimenting with LLMs.
- • Deep understanding of seller and CSM workflows to build systems that are adopted, not just implemented.
- • Ability to think systemically — understanding how changes in one tool impact downstream processes like renewal health scores.
