  • • As a Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager at Traba Inc., you will be at the forefront of driving significant growth and market expansion for a company revolutionizing the industrial supply chain. This role is pivotal in connecting businesses with reliable workers, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as location monitoring, predictive algorithms, machine learning, AI, and computer vision to deliver an unparalleled customer experience. Your primary mission will be to empower both businesses and workers, enabling them to achieve their maximum productivity and potential. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team, backed by world-class investors, and will have the opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly scaling startup.
  • • You will take complete ownership of the go-to-market performance for a designated market, region, or customer segment. This includes the strategic launch of new markets and the effective scaling of existing ones. Your accountability will extend to pipeline health, fostering customer expansion, and ensuring overall market success. You will act as the day-to-day leader for your assigned markets, making critical decisions that impact growth and operational efficiency.
  • • A core aspect of this role involves building strong customer partnerships. You will be responsible for clearly articulating Traba’s value proposition to operators, earning their trust through diligent discovery, precise communication of benefits, and consistent, reliable execution. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers within your territory, overseeing their onboarding process, ensuring high retention rates, and identifying opportunities for expansion. By developing a profound understanding of customer operations, you will be adept at spotting and capitalizing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • • Operational leadership is another key pillar of this position. You will actively support new market launches by contributing to the establishment of labor supply, ensuring worker readiness, and providing hands-on involvement during the critical early stages of customer onboarding. You will be instrumental in maintaining a high standard for operational performance by proactively identifying bottlenecks and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth market operations as volume increases. Your ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions will be crucial for sustained growth.
  • • Your role will have a significant cross-functional impact. You will leverage market data, customer behavior insights, and competitive intelligence to prioritize strategic opportunities, shape GTM strategies, and drive informed decision-making across the organization. Furthermore, you will act as a vital conduit, translating frontline learnings and on-the-ground experiences into actionable recommendations for the product, operations, and engineering teams. This feedback loop is essential for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • • A deep dive into the light industrial sector is expected. You will build and cultivate expertise in areas such as distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, and logistics, developing a comprehensive understanding of the complexities and dynamics of the global supply chain. This domain knowledge will enable you to better serve our clients and identify new avenues for growth.
  • • The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting complex data, deriving meaningful insights, and making data-driven decisions. You must be self-motivated, able to work autonomously while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team in a high-velocity startup environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging effectively with customers, workers, and internal stakeholders at all levels. A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required, along with 3-7 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, startup environments, or business development. A "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality and a "no task too small" attitude are paramount for success in this hands-on role.
