- • Lead the development and execution of the organisation’s Data & Analytics strategy, aligning it with business objectives and long-term growth plans across multiple markets.
- • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of three data professionals, creating clear career pathways and fostering continuous professional development.
- • Act as the senior data advisor to the executive team, providing trusted insights on data, reporting, analytics, and performance measurement to inform strategic decisions.
- • Oversee the delivery of business intelligence, reporting, and analytical solutions across Technology, Product, Operations, Clinical, Pharmacy, Finance, and Customer Experience functions.
- • Design and implement meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and performance frameworks that provide clear visibility into business performance and patient outcomes.
- • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organisation.
- • Partner with Technology and Product teams to shape and evolve the organisation’s data architecture, data warehouses, and cloud-based analytics ecosystem.
- • Establish and enforce robust data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, consistency, security, compliance, and adherence to privacy regulations.
- • Drive improvements in data accessibility, reliability, and self-service analytics capabilities to empower non-technical teams to make data-informed decisions.
- • Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics, predictive modelling, automation, and AI-driven insights to optimise operational efficiency, patient journeys, clinical outcomes, and commercial performance.
- • Manage the analytics roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on business value and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact projects.
- • Present insights, trends, and strategic recommendations directly to executive and leadership teams to influence decision-making at the highest levels.
- • Own and deliver departmental OKRs and KPIs that are directly aligned with organisational objectives and measurable business outcomes.
- • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the organisation’s data capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
- • Promote a culture of continuous learning within the team and encourage participation in professional development opportunities.
- • Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation, governance standards, and regulatory requirements, particularly in the context of healthcare and data privacy.
- • Collaborate with data teams in other European markets to align analytics practices and share best practices across regions.
- • Champion a data-driven culture across the entire organisation, moving from data-informed to truly data-driven decision-making at every level.
- • Work closely with senior leaders in Clinical, Pharmacy, Finance, and Customer Experience to translate business challenges into analytical solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
- • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on problem-solving, engaging directly in complex data challenges when needed to deliver results.
- • Represent Montu UK at industry events and contribute to external thought leadership in digital health and data innovation.
