- • As Head of Engineering (Customer Journey and Monetization) at Postman, you will lead the development of the next-generation monetization platform, overseeing multiple engineering teams responsible for building secure, scalable, and high-performance tier 0 services critical to the company’s operations. This role is pivotal in aligning engineering execution with business goals to drive API adoption, customer stickiness, and revenue growth in the agentic AI era.
- • Day to day, you will hire, build, and support engineering teams as a manager of managers; provide technical leadership on architecture, system design, and observability; collaborate with product management to optimize customer journeys; prioritize work, define key metrics, and set team goals; and partner with senior leadership on organizational strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
