- • As the Head of Global Sales at Lovable Labs Inc., you will be instrumental in architecting and executing the company's sales strategy, with a primary focus on establishing and scaling our presence in the North American market. This pivotal role demands a seasoned sales leader capable of transforming a fast-growing startup into a category-defining enterprise. You will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of owning revenue targets, meticulously forecasting sales pipelines, and cultivating a high-performing sales team. Your leadership will directly influence Lovable's trajectory from its current impressive growth phase towards achieving market dominance.
- • Your core mission will involve building and leading Lovable's North America Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This encompasses the entire lifecycle of team development, from strategic hiring and rigorous coaching to establishing clear performance standards and fostering a culture of accountability. You will be the driving force behind developing the talent and systems necessary to support aggressive revenue growth and market penetration.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be to own and exceed ambitious revenue targets. This requires not only setting the direction but also maintaining a disciplined and transparent approach to pipeline management and forecasting. Precision in predicting sales outcomes will be paramount, enabling informed strategic decisions and resource allocation.
- • You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive territory plans. These plans will be crucial for systematically expanding Lovable's footprint across diverse market segments, from agile startups to established enterprise clients. This involves understanding the unique needs and buying behaviors of each segment and tailoring GTM approaches accordingly.
- • Collaboration will be a cornerstone of your success. You will work closely with Product and Marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment between product launches, marketing campaigns, and overall GTM initiatives. This cross-functional synergy is essential for creating cohesive and impactful market strategies that resonate with our target audience.
- • A key deliverable is the establishment of repeatable sales motions and robust GTM frameworks. These standardized processes will be the foundation for scaling our sales operations efficiently across new regions and market segments, ensuring consistency and effectiveness as Lovable expands globally.
- • You will leverage data and analytical insights to continuously refine our sales strategy. This data-driven approach will be critical for identifying areas of improvement, optimizing conversion rates throughout the sales funnel, and ultimately shortening deal cycles to accelerate revenue generation.
- • Furthermore, you will act as the crucial "voice of the customer" within Lovable. Your insights and feedback will directly inform the shaping of our GTM strategy and contribute significantly to the product roadmap, ensuring that our offerings remain aligned with market demands and customer needs.
- • The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of leading high-performing SaaS sales teams, ideally within mid-market or enterprise environments. Experience in developing Go-To-Market playbooks, accurately forecasting sales pipelines, and successfully scaling sales operations in new regions is highly desirable.
- • We are seeking a strong operational leader with a data-driven mindset and exceptional commercial acumen. Your ability to coach and develop Account Executives through structured feedback, clear accountability, and effective enablement programs will be a key differentiator.
- • The capacity to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential. You should be adept at building consensus and aligning diverse teams around shared GTM objectives.
- • While not mandatory, experience selling AI-powered solutions, developer tools, or products leveraging a product-led growth (PLG) model would be a significant advantage, given Lovable's innovative technology and market position.
