  • • Qode is seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Go-To-Market (GTM) for the United States, a pivotal role designed to architect and execute our market entry and expansion strategy. This is a unique opportunity to build the GTM playbook from the ground up for an AI-native hiring platform poised to disrupt the $650 billion global recruitment industry. You will be instrumental in establishing Qode as the leading unified hiring solution for enterprises, leveraging cutting-edge AI to address the long-standing inefficiencies in time-to-hire, precision, and scale.
  • • As the Head of GTM, you will own the entire go-to-market motion in the US, encompassing market strategy, sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success. You will be responsible for defining our target customer segments, developing compelling value propositions, and crafting innovative strategies to acquire and retain enterprise clients. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and scaling GTM functions in fast-paced, high-growth environments, ideally within the SaaS or HR technology sectors.
  • • Your primary objective will be to drive significant revenue growth and market share in the US. This involves developing and implementing a comprehensive GTM plan that aligns sales and marketing efforts, identifying key market opportunities, and establishing Qode as the indispensable platform for modern recruitment. You will work closely with the founding team, product, and engineering to ensure our GTM strategy is informed by market needs and product capabilities.
  • • Key responsibilities include developing and executing a data-driven GTM strategy, defining sales processes and methodologies, building and leading a high-performing sales and marketing team (as the company scales), and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. You will also be responsible for crafting compelling messaging and positioning that highlights Qode's unique AI-driven advantages, such as AI-led interviews, centralized hiring lifecycle management, and outcome-based pricing.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle, particularly within HR technology or AI-driven solutions. You will be adept at identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships, developing effective channel strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders within target organizations. Your ability to translate complex technical capabilities into tangible business value will be critical to your success.
  • • This role offers the chance to shape the future of recruitment technology. You will be at the forefront of a market experiencing rapid AI adoption, with a product that is already battle-tested and delivering significant results for enterprise clients. Furthermore, you will champion the voice of the customer internally, providing critical feedback to the product and engineering teams to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with market demands.
  • • Success in this role will be measured by key metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), market penetration, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. You will be expected to build a scalable and repeatable GTM engine that can support Qode's ambitious growth trajectory. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to roll up your sleeves and contribute directly to the execution of the GTM strategy, while also building the foundation for future team expansion.
  • • The recruitment industry is ripe for disruption, with AI poised to revolutionize how companies find and hire talent. Qode's AI-native platform, featuring an AI interviewer named Tracy, offers a compelling solution to the industry's persistent challenges.
