📋 Description

• Lead the Cloud Antivirus Department at Imunify360, overseeing three specialized teams responsible for malware detection, analysis, and cloud scanning infrastructure that protects millions of websites on shared hosting.
• Drive product strategy, technical architecture, and operational excellence across malware analysis pipelines, including defining metrics, prioritizing roadmaps, and introducing AI tools to enhance detection capabilities.
• Manage and grow engineering teams across multiple time zones, hiring mentors, and coordinating cross-functional dependencies with Server, Web Protection, QA, Infrastructure, and Support teams.
• Ensure high-quality threat detection and response by overseeing end-to-end pipelines, optimizing performance for 10M+ daily samples, managing infrastructure capacity, and leading incident response for production issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Past experience leading security products / labs with / researches
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a management role leading multiple teams
• Deep expertise in malware analysis and antivirus technologies: static/dynamic analysis, signature-based detection, heuristic engines, file classification
