  • As the inaugural Head of Marketing, you will be instrumental in defining Kyra's go-to-market strategy. This is a unique opportunity to build a marketing function from the ground up, with no existing team, playbook, or precedent.   • Initially, this role will operate as an individual contributor, collaborating closely with the founders and the commercial team to lay the groundwork for marketing operations. While internal resources and freelance support will be available, your focus will be on strategic definition, channel experimentation, and validating effective approaches. As the marketing function demonstrates tangible impact, you will have the exciting prospect of building and leading a high-performing marketing team.
  • **Product Marketing & Launch:** You will be responsible for defining the core positioning and messaging for Kyra’s innovative platform, translating its advanced capabilities into clear, compelling commercial value propositions for enterprise clients. A key aspect of this role involves owning the go-to-market strategy for all product launches and new feature rollouts. Furthermore, you will develop essential sales enablement materials designed to support and accelerate enterprise deal closures. A significant part of your mandate will be to establish and articulate the category narrative around creator marketing infrastructure, positioning Kyra as a thought leader.
  • **Demand Generation:** Kyra's impressive growth to £26 million in services revenue has been driven by outbound sales and referrals. Your critical mission is to build and scale a powerful inbound marketing engine to complement this success. This involves identifying and evaluating acquisition channels most suitable for a mid-market and enterprise SaaS product. You will design and implement effective funnels to guide potential customers from initial awareness through to qualified pipeline generation. Developing compelling thought leadership content and executing multi-channel campaigns across paid media, industry events, webinars, and CRM will be central to your demand generation efforts.
  • **Marketing Infrastructure:** Establishing the foundational systems and processes necessary for scalable marketing operations is a key objective. This includes building robust attribution models and reporting frameworks that clearly link marketing activities to pipeline growth and revenue. You will adopt a data-driven, test-and-learn approach to budget allocation, ensuring that investments are directed towards initiatives that yield the strongest return on investment (ROI).
  • **Market Presence:** A crucial part of your role will be to elevate Kyra’s profile and establish its credibility within the broader ecosystem of brands, agencies, and marketing professionals. This will be achieved through strategic content creation, insightful data-driven reports, participation in key industry events, and forging strategic partnerships. The ultimate goal is to position Kyra as the undisputed leader in creator marketing infrastructure.
  • **Budget & Performance:** The company has allocated a significant budget of £500k–£1m to support marketing initiatives as the platform scales. The strategy emphasizes a phased approach, focusing initially on targeted experiments to test and validate channel effectiveness before scaling investment behind proven ROI drivers.
