  • • As the Head of Marketing Enablement at PAR Technology Corporation, you will be instrumental in shaping the knowledge and skills of our internal teams and empowering our customers to achieve maximum value from our cutting-edge restaurant technology solutions. This pivotal role sits at the critical intersection of product expertise, go-to-market strategy, and sophisticated learning design, ensuring that our sales, customer success, and account management professionals are not only well-versed but also highly effective in positioning and selling our comprehensive suite of offerings. Simultaneously, you will be the architect of PAR Academy, our customer-facing training platform, designed to foster deep product understanding and drive customer success.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will be dynamic and multifaceted, encompassing the strategic design, development, and execution of a robust internal team enablement program. This program will cover essential areas such as in-depth product knowledge, refined positioning, and compelling messaging across PAR's entire portfolio of restaurant technology solutions. You will be responsible for creating and disseminating critical sales enablement collateral, including sales battle cards, effective objection handling frameworks, and detailed competitive positioning guides, working in close partnership with the Product Marketing team to ensure accuracy and strategic alignment. Furthermore, you will manage the communication and training strategy for new feature rollouts and significant product updates, ensuring that all go-to-market teams are fully informed and prepared well in advance of each launch. A key component of your role will be to develop and refine a comprehensive new hire onboarding curriculum, designed to accelerate the ramp-up time for new Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success hires, enabling them to become confident and productive contributors quickly. You will also implement ongoing reinforcement training initiatives to ensure that our teams remain current and proficient as the product portfolio continuously evolves.
  • • In parallel, you will own and meticulously manage PAR Academy, our customer-facing learning management system and comprehensive training program. This involves developing and maintaining an extensive library of high-quality customer training content, including structured courses, valuable certifications, practical how-to guides, and detailed product walkthroughs. You will be tasked with creating tailored, structured learning paths specifically designed to cater to the diverse needs of different customer roles, such as operators, IT professionals, and management staff, as well as across our various product lines. A significant focus will be placed on driving customer adoption and enhancing product proficiency through proactive training initiatives that are tightly integrated with customer onboarding processes and ongoing success motions. Your role will also include the critical task of measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of these training programs, tracking key metrics such as completion rates and, importantly, the demonstrable impact of training on customer outcomes and retention.
  • • Beyond these core responsibilities, you will be a strategic leader in establishing and meticulously tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for both internal enablement and customer training programs, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. You will champion the development of a scalable content infrastructure, leveraging modern AI-powered tools to produce high-quality training materials with exceptional efficiency and speed. This will involve close collaboration with Sales leadership, Customer Success leadership, and the Product teams to proactively identify knowledge gaps and strategically prioritize enablement investments. You will also be responsible for maintaining a centralized, well-organized, and easily accessible resource library for all go-to-market team members, ensuring that critical information is readily available.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, customer education, or a closely related function.
  • • Proven track record of successfully building and scaling enablement or training programs within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • • Strong ability to translate complex product and technical information into clear, compelling, and actionable training content.
  • • Demonstrated experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS) or a dedicated customer academy platform.
  • • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
