📋 Description

• • Foundational leadership role to build BJAK’s marketing function in the UK from zero, driving market entry, positioning, and growth strategy in a new region with high impact on user acquisition, retention, and revenue performance.
• • Own and define the full marketing strategy for the UK market, build and lead the UK marketing team from scratch, drive user acquisition and revenue growth across channels, lead cross-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, CRM, and more, own performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion, retention, and LTV, establish brand positioning and voice, build and scale the content and creative engine, manage agencies and stakeholders, partner with product, design, data, and commercial teams, own the marketing budget and ROI optimization, and lead go-to-market strategy for new products and features.

The company developed the first and leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, serving over 8 million users, and is expanding into new applications integrated with AI.
