- • As the Head of Marketing UK, you will own the foundational responsibility of building BJAK’s marketing function in the United Kingdom from the ground up, directly shaping market entry, brand positioning, and growth strategy in a new international region with high impact on user acquisition, retention, and revenue performance.
- • You will define and execute the full marketing strategy for the UK market, aligned with global and Southeast Asian priorities, while building, hiring, and leading a high-performing, data-driven marketing team from scratch to drive scalable growth across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- • Day-to-day, you will lead cross-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, CRM, and other platforms; own key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion, retention, and LTV; manage the marketing budget, forecasting, and ROI optimization; and partner with product, design, data, and commercial teams to align on business goals and go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
- • You will establish and evolve BJAK’s brand positioning and voice in the UK, build and scale the content and creative engine (including landing pages, video, and copy), manage agencies and freelancers to deliver high-quality output, and continuously leverage data and insights to refine strategy and execution in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- • You will thrive in a flat, ownership-driven culture where impact outweighs hierarchy, and you are expected to be hands-on—whether optimizing a campaign at midnight or collaborating cross-functionally to hit aggressive growth targets—while contributing directly to BJAK’s mission of building superior application platforms that create successful businesses and contribute positively to society.
- • In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to define BJAK’s presence in the UK market from zero, gain end-to-end ownership of a scaling marketing function, and develop leadership expertise in international market entry, team building, and data-driven growth strategy within a high-growth, mission-oriented technology company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7–12 years of experience in marketing, with proven success in scaling marketing efforts and driving measurable growth across strategy and execution
- • Strong expertise in performance marketing and full-funnel strategy, including deep understanding of paid media, SEO, content, CRM, and analytics
- • Experience building or leading teams, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment, with strong leadership and communication skills
- • Strong data literacy and decision-making capability, including experience managing budgets, agencies, and stakeholders
- • Based in London with hybrid flexibility
