- • Lumana is seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Product Marketing to spearhead the market positioning, launch strategy, and communication of our groundbreaking AI-first video security platform. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned professional who can translate complex technological innovations into compelling narratives that resonate with a diverse range of decision-makers across multiple industries. You will be instrumental in ensuring that Lumana's unique value proposition is clearly understood by prospects and customers, ultimately driving market adoption and competitive advantage.
- • As the central hub for product marketing, you will operate at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Your primary responsibility will be to own and evolve Lumana's positioning and messaging frameworks. This involves articulating our differentiated value proposition across various customer segments, industry verticals (including education, government, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, and retail), and key personas. You will ensure that this messaging is not only clear and consistent but also credible across all customer-facing touchpoints, from initial awareness to post-sale engagement.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves leading product and feature launches. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to meticulously plan and execute go-to-market strategies that generate awareness, foster engagement, and drive product adoption. This includes translating intricate roadmap initiatives into market-ready narratives, comprehensive launch plans, and impactful marketing collateral.
- • You will be the architect of sales and channel partner enablement. This entails developing and delivering high-impact resources such as battlecards, one-pagers, compelling pitch decks, in-depth competitive intelligence, and effective talk tracks. The goal is to equip our revenue teams with the knowledge and tools they need to accelerate sales cycles, confidently address objections, and improve conversion rates throughout the entire sales funnel.
- • Content creation and storytelling are at the core of this position. You will be responsible for developing a wide array of customer-facing assets, including website messaging, persuasive case studies, engaging videos, insightful blog posts, and powerful product narratives that guide prospects through the entire buyer journey. Furthermore, you will play a key role in positioning Lumana as a recognized thought leader in the rapidly evolving fields of AI-driven video intelligence and security.
- • Continuous market and competitive intelligence gathering will be crucial. You will conduct ongoing research into competitors, emerging market trends, and evolving customer needs. The insights derived from this research will directly inform our messaging, positioning strategies, and broader strategic decision-making, ensuring Lumana remains agile and ahead of the curve.
- • Driving go-to-market (GTM) alignment across all departments is a key objective. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless GTM execution for campaigns, launches, and strategic initiatives. You will act as a vital connective layer, bringing clarity, focus, and cohesive execution to all GTM efforts.
- • You will serve as the definitive voice of the customer within Lumana. By leveraging customer feedback, product usage data, and insights from the field, you will continuously refine our messaging and strengthen our product-market fit. You will be a strong advocate for customer needs, influencing product roadmap priorities and ensuring our solutions consistently meet and exceed market expectations.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with demonstrated leadership experience in B2B SaaS environments.
- • Proven track record of building and scaling product marketing functions within a Series A-C startup or similarly fast-scaling organization.
- • Strong understanding of complex or technical products, with a preference for experience in AI, security, infrastructure, or enterprise software.
- • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
- • Data-informed mindset with a proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
