We are seeking a visionary Head of Product Marketing to lead our burgeoning product marketing function and significantly influence how the world perceives and adopts n8n. You will lead a dynamic team of 6, with plans for further expansion, and will be responsible for defining and executing our product launch strategies, communicating our unique value proposition, and scaling our story across diverse audiences, including technical users, enterprise buyers, and the broader automation ecosystem. Your primary objective will be to establish n8n as the undisputed leader in AI-driven automation and orchestration, catering to both community builders and sophisticated enterprise teams.
  • • **OWN AND EVOLVE N8N’S CATEGORY AND POSITIONING:** You will assume full ownership of the Product Marketing function, building upon our existing strengths and scaling successful initiatives. This includes defining and continuously refining n8n's strategic positioning beyond the current "AI workflow automation" descriptor, adapting to the evolving market and category dynamics. You will spearhead positioning experiments and messaging strategies that resonate deeply with both our technical user base and enterprise clients, ensuring our narrative is clear, compelling, and differentiated.
  • • **BUILD A PREDICTABLE, HIGH-IMPACT LAUNCH ENGINE:** A key responsibility will be to transform our product launch process from a reactive execution model into a predictable, repeatable, and high-impact Go-To-Market (GTM) engine. You will orchestrate seamless major product and feature launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams. Your efforts will focus on driving measurable adoption and impact, while also increasing Product Marketing coverage as our R&D teams expand and release cadence accelerates.
  • • **STRENGTHEN ENTERPRISE NARRATIVE AND MARKET READINESS:** You will be tasked with deepening our enterprise storytelling, developing robust sales enablement materials, showcasing compelling use-case proof points, and crafting analyst-ready positioning. This involves establishing a comprehensive competitive intelligence program, complete with regular market snapshots and battlecards, to equip our sales and marketing teams with critical insights. Furthermore, you will drive analyst relations and develop thought leadership assets, such as AI maturity frameworks, benchmarks, and category-defining points of view, to elevate n8n's standing in the industry.
  • • **LEAD, SCALE, AND ALIGN THE PRODUCT MARKETING TEAM:** Building strong, trust-based relationships across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Leadership will be paramount. You will set clear ownership areas within the team and establish effective management cadences to foster focus and maintain momentum. A significant part of your role will involve growing the Product Marketing organization, potentially introducing specialized roles over time, and expanding ownership across areas like customer marketing, market research, and website strategy.
