- • As Head of Tech (Engineering & AI) at Portcast Pte Ltd, you will lead the engineering, ML/DS, and analytics teams to drive technical excellence and ensure systems scale with business growth while staying close to architecture and execution.
- • Day to day, you will manage and mentor engineering, data science, and analytics teams; translate customer problems into technical solutions; set technical standards; guide scalable system design; and collaborate with CEO, Product, Sales, and Customer teams to deliver AI-powered outcomes that impact revenue and customer value.
- • Portcast is a venture-backed Singapore-based logistics technology startup building a real-time transportation visibility platform that turns supply chain data into actionable insights, helping global shippers and logistics providers reduce costs, prevent delays, and improve operational control through AI-driven decision-making.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in leading cross-functional technical teams, shaping AI and data strategy in a high-growth SaaS environment, and driving measurable business impact through technology—positioning yourself as a key leader in the digital transformation of global supply chains.
