- • The Head of Vertical & Partner Product Marketing is instrumental in defining and executing Socure's market presence across key industries and strategic partnerships. This role is pivotal in shaping vertical-specific positioning, crafting integrated solution packages, and orchestrating partner go-to-market strategies, all aimed at accelerating pipeline generation, driving revenue growth, and establishing a strong competitive advantage.
- • This is a senior leadership opportunity that demands both strategic foresight and hands-on execution, requiring the ability to operate effectively at multiple levels within the organization.
- • Vertical Product Marketing Responsibilities:
- • Strategize, develop, and lead Socure's product marketing initiatives across critical industry verticals, including but not limited to Tier 1 Banks, Fintech, Payments, Marketplace & Gig Economy, Gaming, Workforce Management, and the Public Sector.
- • Define and articulate clear Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), compelling value propositions, relevant use cases, and robust competitive positioning tailored to each Go-To-Market (GTM) pod.
- • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Data Science, and Revenue Marketing teams to seamlessly integrate Socure's differentiated data and unique insights into impactful vertical narratives.
- • Equip the field teams with essential, ready-to-use enablement materials, such as comprehensive presentations, strategic playbooks, detailed battlecards, persuasive ROI calculators, and compelling customer success stories, all designed to enhance win rates and expedite deal cycles.
- • Vertical Campaign Management Responsibilities:
- • Partner effectively with GTM leaders to conceptualize, build, and execute targeted campaigns aimed at generating qualified pipeline within key target accounts.
- • Spearhead initiatives to elevate awareness within target verticals, solidifying Socure's position as the definitive standard for identity verification and fraud prevention infrastructure.
- • Orchestrate a cohesive and holistic campaign strategy that leverages a diverse range of touchpoints, including email marketing, webinars, paid online advertising, organic content, Sales Development Representative (SDR) outreach, in-person events, and innovative guerilla marketing tactics.
- • Work hand-in-hand with Revenue Operations (RevOps) to meticulously track and report on the success metrics of individual campaigns, fostering a culture of continuous improvement by replicating successful strategies and deriving actionable learnings from underperforming initiatives.
- • Partner & Ecosystem Marketing Responsibilities:
- • Develop and scale a robust partner marketing program encompassing networks, payment processors, technology platforms, and strategic consulting partners.
- • Craft joint value propositions and design impactful co-marketing initiatives that effectively drive both sourced and influenced pipeline.
- • Maintain close alignment with Channel and Direct Sales teams to provide comprehensive support for co-sell motions and contribute directly to revenue growth objectives.
- • Leadership & Execution Responsibilities:
- • Recruit, mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing team of dedicated vertical and partner marketing professionals.
- • Establish clear, measurable goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) directly linked to pipeline generation, revenue attainment, win rates, and strategic account expansion.
- • Act as the executive-level spokesperson for vertical and partner marketing strategies in critical planning cycles, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and various leadership forums.
- • Foster and drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Data Science, and Marketing departments to ensure the successful and effective commercialization of new product capabilities and market strategies.
- • Champion a data-driven approach to marketing, ensuring all strategies and tactics are informed by rigorous analysis and tied directly to measurable business outcomes.
