- • As a Healthcare Researcher at Garner Health, you will play a critical role in transforming the U.S. healthcare system by developing and maintaining proprietary claims-based physician performance measures that guide patients toward higher-quality, lower-cost care.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting literature reviews to refine metrics for medical conditions and procedures, creating and validating measures using proprietary technical and statistical tools, maintaining documentation libraries for internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with clinical experts, and partnering with product, data science, and engineering teams to apply metrics in ways that improve care quality and reduce costs.
- • You will join Garner’s Clinical Research Team, reporting to the Director of Healthcare Research, within a mission-driven organization headquartered in NYC but offering remote work flexibility. Garner is a fast-growing healthcare technology company trusted by leading employers and providers, dedicated to reimagining healthcare through data-driven incentives and partnerships that reward value over volume.
