- • As an HR Business Partner at BJAK, you will be at the forefront of shaping our people strategy, acting as a crucial embedded advisor and proactive problem-solver. Your primary mission will be to translate ambitious business priorities into tangible, effective people-focused execution within a dynamic, rapidly expanding global organization. This role demands a strategic yet hands-on approach, requiring you to collaborate intimately with leaders and managers across diverse regions. You will be instrumental in guiding them through complex challenges related to performance, growth, and organizational development, often in scenarios where established playbooks are scarce, necessitating innovative and adaptable solutions.
- • You will forge strong partnerships with business leaders and managers, offering expert guidance on enhancing team effectiveness, implementing robust performance management frameworks, and navigating the intricacies of day-to-day people decisions. This involves understanding the unique needs of each business unit and tailoring HR support accordingly, ensuring alignment with overarching company objectives.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to translate overarching business goals into concrete people actions. This encompasses the entire employee lifecycle, from strategic hiring and fostering employee engagement to driving performance excellence and meticulous workforce planning. You will be responsible for ensuring that our people strategies directly contribute to the achievement of our business targets.
- • You will provide essential support for employee relations matters, offering sound judgment and practical advice during performance conversations and conflict resolution. This requires a sensitive and objective approach, ensuring fairness and compliance while maintaining positive working relationships.
- • In partnership with Finance and HR leadership, you will play a vital role in workforce planning and headcount tracking. This involves leveraging people data to provide accurate insights, enabling informed decision-making regarding talent acquisition, resource allocation, and future organizational needs.
- • You will actively support a range of critical talent initiatives designed to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce. This includes contributing to the development and execution of effective onboarding programs, creating pathways for career development and internal mobility, and supporting the implementation of impactful learning and development programs.
- • A data-driven mindset is essential. You will utilize people data and employee feedback to identify emerging trends, proactively surface potential risks within the organization, and recommend data-backed improvements to HR processes and people strategies. This analytical approach will ensure continuous enhancement of our employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- • Operating effectively across multiple geographies and diverse business contexts is paramount. You will need to demonstrate a high degree of adaptability, tailoring your approaches and solutions to meet the unique cultural nuances and operational demands of different regions and business units, ensuring a consistent yet localized HR experience.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to be deeply integrated into the business, moving beyond traditional HR functions to become a true strategic partner. You will gain invaluable exposure to complex, real-world people challenges across a variety of international markets, fostering rapid learning and professional growth.
- • BJAK’s culture emphasizes high ownership, fast learning, and a clear progression path into senior HR leadership roles. You will thrive in a flat, execution-focused environment where your initiative and contributions are valued more than hierarchical standing. This is a chance to make a meaningful impact within a company that is revolutionizing the insurance and financial services landscape.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role, preferably within a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- • A strong foundational understanding of core HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and general HR processes.
- • Demonstrated ability to provide practical, business-aligned guidance to managers, moving beyond rigid policy adherence to offer solutions that support business objectives.
- • Excellent problem-solving skills with a high degree of comfort operating effectively in ambiguous or rapidly changing situations.
- • Clear and concise communication skills, coupled with sound judgment when handling sensitive employee matters.
- • Experience working across multiple geographies or with international teams is a plus.
🏖️ Benefits
