- • As an IBP Demand Data Product Owner at GE HealthCare, you will own the end-to-end demand data domain within Integrated Business Planning, ensuring data quality, governance, and actionable analytics that drive enterprise-wide supply chain planning decisions.
- • Day to day, you will govern IBP demand data by establishing standards and monitoring data quality, develop Power BI dashboards and advanced SQL queries, leverage Python and AI/ML for analytics, and collaborate with stakeholders to align data products with business needs and roadmap priorities.
- • You will join GE HealthCare’s Supply Chain Analytics & Data Governance team, a mission-driven group at the forefront of healthcare transformation, working within a global leader in medical technology and digital solutions that enables precision health through intelligent devices and data-driven insights.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in data governance, enterprise analytics, and product management while influencing supply chain decision-making through certified data products, advanced analytics, and AI-enhanced forecasting—positioning you as a trusted advisor to Director and VP-level leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- • 6+ years of professional experience in supply chain analytics, data governance, demand planning, or a directly related analytics discipline.
- • Advanced proficiency in SQL — including complex, production-grade queries with window functions, CTEs, dynamic logic, and multi-source joins across large-scale data platforms.
- • Hands-on Power BI development experience — report and dashboard design, DAX, data modeling, and publishing to Power BI Service.
- • Demonstrated knowledge of data governance principles: data quality management, metadata standards, business glossaries, and data stewardship practices.
- • Strong cross-functional communication skills — able to translate complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders and influence without authority.
