đź“‹ Description
- • As an Implementation Director for Enterprise & Commercial Accounts at Abridge AI, you will be the primary driver of successful product deployments for healthcare customers, ensuring seamless integration of Abridge’s AI-powered clinical documentation platform into complex health system workflows. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, pilot-to-enterprise conversion rates, and the scalability of Abridge’s technology across enterprise accounts.
- • You will lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff through post-live stabilization, serving as the central point of contact for customers and internal teams. This includes owning project planning, coordinating cross-functional efforts across engineering, clinical, support, and product teams, managing timelines and risks, conducting clinician training, overseeing testing and go-live activities, and ensuring high NPS scores through transparent, proactive communication.
- • You will partner closely with Abridge’s enterprise and commercial sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to refine implementation playbooks, identify process improvements, and build scalable, repeatable frameworks that support growing implementation volume while maintaining quality and precision.
- • You will work within a mission-driven, fast-paced startup culture composed of practicing physicians, AI scientists, engineers, and healthcare innovators who are united by a shared commitment to transforming clinical documentation through responsible, auditable generative AI. Abridge’s technology is uniquely positioned as the only platform that links AI-generated summaries to ground truth, enabling trust and verification in high-stakes clinical environments.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare technology implementation, enterprise project management, and clinical workflow integration — gaining exposure to EMR systems (especially Epic), regulatory compliance (HIPAA, privacy/security), and scalable SaaS deployment models. You will have the opportunity to shape Abridge’s implementation methodology, influence product feedback loops, and grow into a strategic leader within a high-growth company that values ownership, curiosity, and impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of successfully leading healthcare technology implementation projects from initiation to completion, preferably with experience in B2B software deployment and clinical workflow integration.
- • 3+ years of project management experience, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, drive execution with speed and precision, and maintain exceptional attention to detail and quality under pressure.
- • Strong experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly Epic, including familiarity with build, testing, and go-live phases of implementation.
- • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — able to synthesize complex technical and clinical information into clear, actionable updates for both internal teams and external healthcare partners.
- • Proven ability to identify risks early, escalate issues tactfully, and develop contingency plans while maintaining a bias toward action and creative problem-solving in dynamic environments.
- • Experience collaborating with support and operational teams to improve processes, tools, and scalability in fast-growing organizations.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Generous Time Off: 14 paid holidays, flexible PTO for salaried employees, and accrued time off for hourly employees.
- • Comprehensive Health Plans: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for all full-time employees and their families.
- • Generous HSA Contribution: Monthly contributions to Health Savings Accounts for employees enrolled in High Deductible Health Plans.
- • Paid Parental Leave: Generous paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
- • Family Forming Benefits: Resources and financial support to assist with adoption, fertility treatments, surrogacy, and other family-building paths.
- • 401(k) Matching: Company-matched contributions to help employees invest in their long-term financial future.
- • Personal Device Allowance: Tax-free funds for personal device usage (phone, laptop, etc.).
- • Pre-tax Benefits: Access to Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Commuter Benefits for transit and parking.
- • Lifestyle Wallet: Monthly stipend for fitness, professional development, coworking spaces, and wellness activities.
- • Mental Health Support: Dedicated access to therapy and coaching services to support emotional well-being.
- • Sabbatical Leave: Paid sabbatical after 5 years of employment.
- • Compensation and Equity: Competitive base salary and equity grants for full-time employees.
