  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for Premium and Pro customers during the onboarding process, delivering the first impression of the Perk platform.
  • • Define and execute tailored onboarding strategies that align with each customer’s organizational needs, using project management methodologies to drive timelines and deliverables.
  • • Conduct consultative conversations with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into customized platform configurations and rollout plans.
  • • Configure customer accounts on the Perk platform according to specific business needs, including setting up integrations, permissions, and workflows.
  • • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for API integrations and platform setup issues, acting as a bridge between customer expectations and platform capabilities.
  • • Design and deliver training sessions for end-users and executive stakeholders, ensuring adoption and long-term success of the Perk platform.
  • • Proactively recommend data-driven best practices to optimize customer experience and increase platform utilization post-implementation.
  • • Monitor customer booking behavior after go-live to validate configuration accuracy and customer satisfaction, offering timely support or enhancements as needed.
  • • Own the end-to-end implementation timeline for each account, coordinating internal teams and ensuring alignment across departments to meet customer milestones.
  • • Create and distribute guides, templates, and resources to support customer adoption and sustain long-term platform success.
  • • Drive change management within customer organizations by building urgency, aligning stakeholders, and overcoming adoption barriers.
  • • Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional projects to improve implementation processes and team alignment.
  • • Embrace a continuous improvement mindset by assessing execution outcomes, identifying inefficiencies, and evolving processes to scale with organizational growth.
  • • Act as a mentor and role model for other Implementation Team members and the broader Revenue organization.
  • • Ensure all customer interactions reflect Perk’s values of ownership, 7-star experience, and teamwork through consistent, high-quality service.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1+ years of relevant professional experience as an Implementation Specialist, Sales, Customer Care, Account Management, or Project Management professional.
  • • Demonstrated overachievement against targets or performance expectations in previous roles.
  • • English fluency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
