- • As an Informaticist 2 at Humana Inc., you will play a pivotal role in transforming pharmacy claims data into actionable insights that drive clinical program improvements and revenue growth within the Pharmacy Analytics division.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing complex datasets using Python and SQL, applying disciplined analytics to predict behavior and optimize member outreach and medication regimens, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in analytics, IT, and business areas to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- • You will work within Humana’s CenterWell Senior Primary Care division, a mission-driven organization focused on delivering personalized, preventive care to seniors through integrated care teams that prioritize holistic well-being.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare analytics, gain hands-on experience with advanced tools like Databricks and Power BI, and strengthen your ability to communicate complex findings to stakeholders — positioning you for growth in data-informed healthcare strategy.
