- • The Informatics Analyst supports clinical and operational users by configuring, maintaining, and optimizing features within the Epic EHR to meet business and clinical needs, playing a key role in enhancing system adoption, usability, and data integrity while supporting organizational objectives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing application support, troubleshooting issues, acting as a liaison between IT and clinical/business teams, conducting system testing, developing end-user training, configuring Epic users, staying current with Epic advancements, collaborating on requirements gathering, designing and refining workflows, and contributing to technology initiatives.
- • Array Behavioral Care is the nation’s leading virtual psychiatry and therapy practice, dedicated to transforming access to quality behavioral health care through innovative telepsychiatry solutions, partnering with hospitals, health systems, community organizations, and payors to improve care delivery across the continuum.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in Epic Ambulatory configuration and healthcare informatics, develop cross-functional collaboration skills, contribute to system optimization and compliance efforts, and grow professionally through involvement in new service line implementations and data-integrated reporting initiatives.
