📋 Description
- • The Infrastructure Operation Lead is responsible for owning and governing infrastructure 'Keep The Lights On' (KTLO) services, including managing the transition roadmap and service catalog, ensuring alignment between business and IT demand, and driving operational excellence across all infrastructure towers.
- • Day to day, the role involves governing MSP infrastructure delivery through SLA, OLA, and KPI management, chairing service review and change forums with MSP partners, arbitrating cross-tower issues and major incidents, and overseeing commercial performance including chargeback models, service credits recovery, and cost optimization initiatives.
- • Brink's Global Services, Inc. is a global leader in secure logistics and cash management, operating a Global Shared Services Center in India that supports enterprise IT infrastructure through strategic vendor partnerships and a focus on service reliability, security, and continuous improvement.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in multi-vendor IT service management, infrastructure financial governance, and enterprise architecture alignment, while gaining experience in leading complex outsourcing models and driving continuous improvement programs across compute, storage, network, EUC, and collaboration towers.
