- • As an Insights Analyst at Ravio Technologies Limited, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the analytical work that drives the company’s product and commercial success, supporting data-driven decision-making across functions.
- • Day to day, you will support R&D and new vertical research using AI, maintain and improve Looker dashboards, contribute to marketing insights through data-driven content, deliver custom benchmarks for clients, ensure data quality in benchmarking QA processes, and build cross-functional domain knowledge to support team continuity.
- • Ravio is a fast-growing European leader in compensation data and tools, serving over 1,200 innovative clients with a mission to bring clarity and transparency to pay decisions through a real-time data platform.
- • In this role, you will develop broad analytical expertise across compensation, marketing, and product analytics, gain hands-on experience with AI-enhanced workflows, and grow into a trusted partner to technical and non-technical stakeholders while accelerating your professional growth in a high-impact startup environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong understanding of how data supports and provides value to business teams
- • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- • Proficiency with Excel and SQL for data analysis
- • Experience with Looker or other BI tooling
- • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a data analyst or adjacent role
- • Willingness to adopt AI tooling or agentic workflows for data analysis
