• As an Insights Associate, you'll take the lead on meaningful work, accelerate your growth, and gain exposure that shapes careers.
• You'll create and deliver meaningful insights to prospective clients, dive into secondary research, and work with the Sales team to isolate key pain points.
• You'll also consult with the prospective client to uncover business opportunities and provide actionable insights that guide decision-making.
• Insights Associates are hearing pain points and identifying solutions with prospective clients, enabling them to think creatively on what we’re missing and how we can address different functions and industries.
• You'll gain skills in identifying new opportunities, sizing up potential impact, and working closely with Marketing to establish and execute a go-to-market strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience in business analytics or consulting
• A talent for data-driven storytelling
• A passion for data analysis; SQL and/or Python experience is preferred, not required, but a willingness to learn is highly valued
• Ability to work collaboratively in an innovative, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment
• Experience in collaborating with brand manufacturers and/or retailers and an understanding of their business needs is preferred

• The annual base salary for this position is anticipated to be $100k -110k
