  • • As an Integration Manager at Redox, you will play a critical role in enabling seamless healthcare data exchange by managing the technical integration of clients onto the Redox platform, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable data flows between healthcare systems.
  • • You will lead end-to-end integration projects, collaborating with clients’ technical teams to design, configure, test, and deploy interfaces using Redox’s interoperability engine, while serving as the primary technical point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • • You will work closely with Redox’s engineering, product, and customer success teams to translate clinical and operational requirements into technical solutions, leveraging HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare data standards to optimize data mapping and transformation.
  • • You will contribute to improving integration best practices, documenting processes, and helping scale Redox’s delivery capabilities as the company expands its network of 12,000+ connected systems and 100+ EHRs.
  • • You will gain deep expertise in healthcare interoperability, enterprise integration patterns, and cloud-based platforms, positioning you as a trusted advisor in healthcare technology transformation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related technical field
  • • 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT integration, interface engineering, or clinical systems implementation
  • • Hands-on experience with HL7 v2.x, FHIR, or other healthcare data standards and integration engines (e.g., Mirth, Rhapsody, Corepoint)
  • • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent integration projects with strong technical communication and client-facing skills
  • • Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with APIs, JSON, and RESTful services
  • • Knowledge of healthcare data use cases such as claims, admissions, lab results, or patient scheduling
