📋 Description
- • Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of Global Trade (GT) compliance processes across three international sites (U.S., Germany, Spain) using SAP GTS to ensure compliant flow of materials in alignment with legal requirements and company policy.
- • Lead GT scope of work governance, including defining activities, ownership, scheduling, tracking key metrics (e.g., active parts requiring classifications), and developing communication plans aligned with the overall SAP deployment project timeline.
- • Execute project tasks such as guiding data migration, integration, testing, and cut-over; developing GT resource plans; preparing work instructions and training plans for post-go-live support.
- • Liaise with GT Leads for Compliant Tangible Transfers and SAP S4H to ensure functional alignment and support the Collins Central GT Digital Technology Team.
- • Support a critical ~18-month SAP deployment project focused on enabling compliant international trade operations within Collins Aerospace, a leader in aerospace and defense solutions.
- • Work remotely with a preference for Charlotte, NC-based candidates, requiring 25-50% domestic and international travel to support global collaboration and site-specific GT implementations.
- • Contribute to RTX’s mission of solving complex global problems through innovation in aerospace and defense, with opportunities to network across businesses and improve manufacturing operations, supply chain, and EH&S productivity worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with minimum 7 years of experience.
- • Direct experience with SAP, including hands-on use of the Global Trade Services (GTS) module.
- • Experience with U.S. export regulations (e.g., ITAR/EAR) or related export compliance processes and systems (e.g., SAP GTS, AES, FTZ).
- • Experience with German and Spanish export regulations and customs/import processes (preferred).
- • Aerospace & Defense industry experience (preferred).
- • Experience in leadership, program/project management, and change management (preferred).
