📋 Description
- • Investment Banking Associate – Leveraged Finance, AI Residency (Part-time) at Aptura Inc., a company founded by ex-Lazard and Partners Group professionals that bridges finance expertise with AI model training to improve how Frontier AI handles corporate finance.
- • You will work directly on improving how Frontier AI handles corporate finance by contributing your leveraged finance experience to a structured research project, generating, refining, and evaluating content that reflects how senior leveraged finance professionals think through transactions from structuring through execution and close.
- • Aptura Inc. brings real-world finance expertise into AI model training, headquartered in London and San Francisco, with a mission to bridge the gap between human and artificial intelligence in capital markets.
- • In this role, you will gain rare, early exposure to how AI labs develop their models, refine your ability to articulate complex leveraged finance judgments in writing, and contribute to advancing AI reasoning in investment banking and capital markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–7 years of experience in leveraged finance at a bulge bracket or elite boutique
- • Associate level experience across LBO financing, acquisition financing, high yield, or leveraged loans
- • Deep expertise in leveraged finance structuring, debt capacity analysis, and capital structure optimization
- • Strong financial modeling skills including LBO, debt schedules, covenant analysis, and comfort with credit committee materials, lender presentations, and term sheet analysis
- • Ability to articulate leveraged finance judgment clearly and precisely in writing
